Hooray, our house is finally fuLL again and our 4 loving sons arrived from their 1st. day of summer semester(coLLege) classes with a testifying spirit. My GEM & I are constantly chatting about how time flew by so fast and how their achievements stiLL leave us speechless ...

In addition to, we'd like to ask all the parents far and near to please pray over your kids, attempt to communicate more with them during those turbulent teens years and last but certainly not least, remember that you were once their age ... For the bible tells us this ...

Colossians 3:14 (NLT) ~ Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.

We're so grateful that the Lord granted us the give to have 4 loving, determined and sweet sons ...

Eureka ~ 25 Years

I have an inclination not to always believe everything I hear or read .... It could be based upon what martial counselors call the myth of the 7 year itch. If your in a daze about what I'm Implying, well allow me to explain it to you?

The 7 year itch is a concept that various couple's analyst took the time to researchers husbands & wife's of distinctive: ages, races, financial backgrounds and questioned them about how their felt about being married before, during and after 7 years. I read a few of the couples replies and it truly blew my mind! For example, a few couples that stated that their married life was going down hill because of the following: it didn't taste the same, boredom was knocking at their door and/or they needed to add a new chapter to their life's. Oh well, in order for democracy to go into effect, along with the right to exercise freedom of speech, everyone must be able say what they feel, even if not everyone agrees ...

In light of everything that I've presented to all of you, I'd like to conclude with the following. Life is what you put into it and what you get out of it, is truly up to you. Despite the all the hoopla about the 7 year itch, in my opinion it's only another reason for couples not to be accountable for their foolish actions. That's why I'll never stop thanking Jesus Christ for sprinkling our marriage with His heavenly advice and this too ...

Genesis 2:24 (GW) ~ That is why a man will leave his father and mother and will be united with his wife, and they will become one flesh.

25 Years Ago ~ Our Engagement

This is what I'm grateful for ... That 25 years ago today, my GEM & I got engaged! In God's House and in the presence of the congregation and siblings too. After that day, the Holy Ghost allowed vessels from far and near to reconfirm that our unity was and is ~ Destined from ABOVE ... Hallelujah :D

With this, I'd like to share with all of you the following: I LoVe the manner in which the Lord used and still uses my GEM to teach me the true meaning and feeling of laughter birthed through LoVe ... Thank you, Heavenly Father for blessing me with such a wonderful: husband, father, role model and especially A God Fearing Man ... Have Mercy :-)

Was NEVER Pronounced,

Let's chat couples? Now back in days, the term divorce was NEVER pronounced in or out of the house. I'm not saying that husbands and wife's didn't argue from time to time ...

What I do recall is this, lots of issues were settled over a cup of coffee, a slice of cake, a little rolling of the eyes and at the end of the day or night, a loud I'm sorry so the neighbors could hear would be said, then the couple would kiss and make up, based on this ...

Ephesians 4:32 ~ Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

The world is full of all kinds of people ... Some are and others aren't concerned with how they conduct themselves or the manner in which they address others. Now, what really stands out in our minds is that alot of Brothers and Sisters in Christ don't take the time share with their siblings or friends what happens when a person dies without accepting Jesus ...

Could it be that their afraid of losing their friendship? If that's the case, perhaps that vessel of the Most High should focus their attention on the BIG picture, instead of themselves ... That being said, start teaching and preaching this God's plan ...

Acts 4:12 ~ And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

Oh yes, it's Saturday ... Now immediately upon the return home, after a challenging, inquisitive and fast pace day ... We're in the habit of gathering in our living room, joshing around and discussing with each other what each of us did while we were apart ...

Soon after we've eaten dinner, had a few treats and laughed like crazy ... The entire family ends the night in prayer, our 4 sweet sons gladly off to bed and my GEM & I engage in this ...

Psalm 119:148 ~ My eyes wait for the night hours, so I may think about Your Word.

We'd like to share what the 26th President of the United States once said ... The historians confirm that Teddy(his public nickname) held the word of the Lord in high regard ... Now this is what he said ...

Allow us to be clear, we're not against anyone furthering their education; because my GEM & I have a college degree for the God's Glory, followed by the Lord motivating our 3 Diamond sons to further their education by attending Hostos Community College too ... Nonetheless we fully believe this ...

Proverbs 18:15 ~ An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.

QUESTION? Who's more equipped than our Heavenly Father, has a gift to close any unwelcoming doors in our life's within a minute, while at the same time leaving lessons that will continue to blossom over time? That's right, his name is always the same ... Jesus Christ! One more thing, is seems as if the 26th President of the United States didn't allow his place in office diminish his belief in the Almighty ...

The fireworks have just started in our neighborhood, so many adults and teens are shooting firecrackers from their roof tops and out of their windows too ... Their colorful, expensive and extremely LOUD; however in our opinion they only product headaches, but to each it's own. We Pray that no one gets burned or hurt; because we see the little babies are running back and forth in the middle of the bursting fireworks ... Heavenly Father, please open the eyes of those parents so that they can supervise their bundle of joys a pinch more ... We think it's better to be safe than sorry. That being said, we'd like to leave you with this ...

Wedding Anniversary #24

We're Praising the Lord for today, because 24 years. ago my GEM & I we're cleaning and decorating the Church, while at the same time looking into each others eyes ... During all of this love and happiness, my mother(who's now with the LORD) and her best friend Lucy(my second Mommy too) were preparing a festive for everyone to eat ... Due to the blissful fact that at 3:00 in the afternoon, where we Worshiped, Prayed and met for the first time ... My GEM & I were no long going to be two hearts; because after we'd exchange Wedding Vows then Jesus Christ would be join us for life ...

Genesis 2:24 ~Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

Perhaps you'll lose a few childhood friends and maybe even a sibling or two will turn their backs on you; nonetheless, don't get upset because if you remain true to the one who gave up his only begotten son for you and the rest of society too. Then at the end the world will see and comprehend through your testimony the true meaning of a Real Friend named Jesus Christ the son of God ...

Proverbs 17:17 ~ A friend loves at all times and a brother is born from adversity.

When We Interact

Words can't say how much we appreciate the Lord for transforming our life's and adding meaning to it too ... Now we're not about forcing our Biblical knowledge upon anyone, even though we've been called by our Heavenly Father to teach and preach his word ...

Thus, when we interact with those so called Brothers & Sisters in Christ that feel the need to conduct themselves like brats; because we won't accept their misinterpretation of a particular Bible verse ... On the flip side, we try to address them with respect; however if they proceed to catapult our way thoughts filled with nonsense and sprinkled with anger too, we do the following ...

Pray for them.
Remind them that everything can be understood if the devil's influences are rebuked.
Finally, if we see that they wishes to continue to act like a FOOL ... We conclude with a Prayer, offer a Bible verse or chapter so that they can read at their own leisure and then we BLOCK them ...

We handle ourselves in this manner because of this ...

2 Timothy 2:14 ~ Continue teaching these things, warning people in God's presence not to argue about words. It does not help anyone, and it ruins those who listen.

Happy Mom's Day

On this day in so many homes, families gather in order to cook, chat and reminisce about the past ... Speeches are made, jokes are shared and recipes are exchanged. Daughters, sons and other siblings that haven't seen each other due to historical spats, they take this opportunity to mend old wounds ... Mothers, grand mamas, aunts and baby sitters are also honored for their life long sacrifices ... Now, let's not forget all those dad's that are raising their kids on their own due to certain circumstances ... They too should be applauded for stepping up to the plate.

Before we say adieu to all of you, we'd like to leave you with this piece of advice ... It's not what you purchase or how much you eat at that feast. All that really matters to your mother or other female guardian is the time you share together ... I say this because when my GEM and I are surrounded by our 4 Diamond sons, my Husband tells me that my eyes light up when I hear them laugh ... We're so GRATEFUL that God ordained this commandment ...

Exodus 20:12 ~Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

We Believe

What we appreciate about Facebook, Myspace & other social sites is the manner in which we can delete, block and/or report anyone that doesn't wish to conduct themselves in a civilized manner ... For we truly believe that these sites were created by men/women; but inspired by GOD so that people ALL over the world can interact through texting or posting public thoughts regarding daily issues ...

Now when it comes to my GEM & I, we're constantly Praising the Lord; because these sites are another way to spread His word, counsel those in need and share testimonies about how Jesus Christ has transformed each others life's ... This is a reminder about how we share treat each other ... Thus, let's treat each other with respect ...

Matthew 7:12 ~ So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.

Bible Babies,

Wherever we go, people recognize us(for his Glory) as Bible Babies. It's apparent to our siblings, childhood friends and Church Family too that we're just like infants that can't function without their: parents, bottles or being wrapped up in their favorite bedtime blankets ... Moms and Dads have a God Given Grace of pouring into the hearts of their daughters or sons a sense of love and comfort ...

Now the same can and should be said for the Body of Christ? In order for a Christian to delight in a Healthily lifestyle, they must Pray(chat with GOD) on a daily bases, study the word(like something you wish to learn & share with others) and become a member(visit, bond & socialize) of a Church that nourishes the Biblical principles of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit ... If you do this with your heart and not your mouth, then your Blessings are endless ... Thus, more of this PLEASE?

This is a Friday reminder for every: man, woman & youth that are standing at the Cross Roads of life ... Answer these questions when you have some free time? Are you ready to turn your backs on those worldly ways, stand tall and strong in name Jesus? Before you reply, read this:

Psalm 1:1-6

1. Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;

2. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.

3. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.

4. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away.

5. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous;

6. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.

You decide whether or not your going to continue to mediate, delight and await what you've planted in Christ? Or do you prefer to sit in the seats of the Ungodly, followed by conducting yourself in a scornful manner? Ponder that and get back to us?

Thank you Oh Lord for waking us up and placing this Psalm in our Hearts ... For we hope and pray that the same way you've ministered and spoken to us, you do the same for someone else in need or pain ... We ask this in your Holy name ...

Psalm 23:1-6

1. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.

3. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.

4. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

5. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.

6. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.

What a Pickle

Are you in a pickle? No, not the kind you find in a jar or sliced up in a sandwich, with a bag of chips and a glass of 7up on the side. Thus, do yourself a favor and get your mind out of the refrigerator?

In our eyes the word pickle symbolizes a problem, predicament or dilemma ... Now do you get our drift? Moving right along, if you need some help out of a particular jam, why not call on the only one that can unravel any kind of complication without perspiring? Oh no, it's not Plato the Greek philosopher; but the King of Kings and best problem solver before, during and after the beginning of time ... That's why we'll always rest our heads on this Bible verse ...

Psalm 55:22 ~ Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you;he will never permit the righteous to be moved.

Just like most horses want to show the rider that they're in control, the only one that can truly decide whether or not the ride will be soft, mild or rougher than rocks is the person that demonstrates to their 4 legged friend that they are the stars of that particular show ....

What we've trying to convey to all of you is this ... Whatever goes on in your life only 2 people have the last say ... Would you like to know who they are? Well, OK we'll tell all of you right now ... It's easy, GOD and you. Thus, team up with JESUS CHRIST and he'll teach you how to R.K.O.(that's wrestling terminology) whatever isn't pleasing or attempting to destroy your life ... The word of GOD offers this ...

John 4:4 ~ Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

Do the Following ...

Did you know that the foundation of your FAITH determines the level of success in every aspect of your life? For instance, would you like to enjoy a healthier lifestyle? Then do the following:

PRAY & study the BIBLE more and attend a Church where they teach and preach the gospel of JESUS CHRIST.
Cut down on the intake of sugar, salt and greasy foods.
Drink close to 7 glasses of water a day.
Revamp or improve your sleep habits.
Take a stroll around the block at least 3 times a week.

There's a saying that goes like this ... You are what you eat, thus delight yourself in a BIG bowl of healthy living by doing this ...
