ARE THEY "REBELLIOUS" OR NOT?

After numerous: emails, phones calls, and strangers stopping us on the street, my Honey Bunny(husband) and I obeyed the vibes that GOD was sending us to address the matter of REBELLIOUS TEENAGERS, who are members of the of the CHURCH and Non Church members too.

What is a REBELLIOUS TEENAGER? This is an: adolescent, teenybopper, or a young person that's reaching pre-adulthood and on certain occasions demonstrates a: disobedient, riotous, and UNgovernable attitude to BOOT. However as the 3 P's: Parents, Pastors, and People, who deal with teenagers on a daily bases we should try to understand that their "CLOCKS ARE TICKING" in an assortment of ways. For what our teens are "on the fence of no return"; because what their experiencing is sometimes "MIND-BOGGLING" for them handle.

From time to time, we've had to intercede for parents and their offsprings in so many different ways; due to the fact that not "ALL" teenagers are REBELLIOUS, some of them are just in need of a: loving person, open mind, and a non judging adult figure to share their feelings with.

As Double P's: Parents and Pastors, we have a particular heart felt incident to prove our point. Their was a young man, who's really: sweet, happy go lucky, and extremely charismatic, but for the past several weeks this future computer wiz wasn't: joking around, eating as usual, or wanting to talk to any of his friends or relatives. It was as if this teen was in a state of shock, just sitting around like a SATUE.

We'd like to ask "ALL" of you something, is this individual a REBELLIOUS TEENAGER or is he undergoing some type of: TRAUMA, health issue, or just plan angry. Before you give us a response, listen to what Jehovah GOD told my Island Man(husband) and I, "To Confront the Situation" and the parents also gave us permission to have a POW WOW with their son. It was a WIN WIN situation for "ALL" concerned: the parents, us, and especially for Billy because JESUS made a way for him to release his inner feelings and fears.

The only thing we did was: sit down next to Billy,we allowed him to tell us what's going on, and when we least expected it, the crying started, we were shocked, and dismayed to see how much pain was locked up inside of this innocent souls heart. What was driving Billy Bananas was the NonStop: bullying, running away from his attacker, and just feeling as if no one cared whether lived or died.

FINAL THOUGHT AND QUESTION ANSWERED

THEIRS A LESSON TO BE LEARNED IN "ALL" OF THIS, DON'T JUDGE AN ADOLESCENT BY THEIR REACTIONS. TIMES HAVE CHANGED AND THE LORD SAYS THIS ABOUT HOW TO DEAL WITH TODAY'S TEENAGERS:

EPHESIANS 6:4

AND YOU, FATHERS DO NOT PROVOKE YOUR CHILDREN TO WRATH, BUT BRING THEM UP IN THE TRAINING AND ADMONITION OF THE LORD.

THE LORD IS EDUCATING BOTH FATHERS AND MOTHERS NOT TO MISTREAT THEIR CHILDREN, BUT TO: GUIDE, TEACH, AND LEAD THEM TO THE LOVE, UNDERSTAND, RESPECT OF THE LORD AND HIS KINGDOM. INSTEAD OF RUSHING TO CONCLUSIONS, SIT DOWN AND ASK YOUR SON OR DAUGTHER WHAT'S THE REASON FOR THE MOOD SWING.

YOU'LL SEE THAT THE PRINCE OF PEACE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE REST!

BLESSINGS,

I have been getting the same message lately from the Lord about my own Dear Daughter. (She is not a teen yet. She is eight years old). The Lord has been chiding me not to be so critical of her and to let her know when I am pleased with her and things that she has done. I'm reminded that we are made in God's image. God loves our praise, we love praise and our children are the same way!
