WOW, it feels as if we just walked down the aisle Yesterday... We thank the ALMIGHTY for allowing us to partake in the first institution he(GOD) formed on earth called Marriage and its due to this Bible verse that we're BLESSED:
PROVERBS 10:22
THE BLESSINGS OF THE LORD MAKES ONE RICH, AND ADDS NO SORROW WITH IT.
We're honored and BLESSED that our Heavenly Matchmaker has given us permission to delight in 22 years of Blissful Marital experience filled with: love, on going communication, and instructing us how to help each other stay on the same page; while at the time enduring all kinds of pressures and adversities under the sun. We thank and Praise JESUS CHRIST for always guiding us through all those storms; that's why we've NEVER had the desire to abandon our ship called marriage.
On June 6, 1988 we vowed to: GOD, the congregation, spectators, and ourselves that each year of our marital life would be better than the year before; we're truly enjoying this:
PROVERBS 18:22
HE WHO FINDS A WIFE FINDS A GOOD THING, AND OBTAINS FAVOR FROM THE LORD.
When GOD talks about a wife, he's also referring to a husband; as a result we have been under the same AWESOME Favor of the LORD for 22 year and it's a triple play of GOD Given Gifts in the Advincola household everyday:
- My Prince's(hubby's) birthday is today and that's the cake.
- Our 22Th City Hall Wedding Anniversary is today and that's the frosting.
- Carlos Jr. (Diamonds #1) published his first book too, and that's the ice cream on top of the cake.
MARITAL ADVICE
No matter how Strong the winds may be Blowing in your marriage and you feel as if you're the only one experiencing that kind of climate, don't ever abandon your SHIP called Marriage; because TRUE Captains(couples) have to teach their CREW(off springs) how to fight the good fight till the end. Just try to embrace this:
PROVERBS 5:18
LET YOUR FOUNTAIN BE BLESSED, AND REJOICE WITH THE WIFE OF YOUR YOUTH.

By the: grace, love, and mercy of the LORD, 22 years ago today my Gem(husband) told me something that I'll NEVER forget as long as I live and here it is: I may not be the richest man in the world; but I do know this, you'll NEVER lack in the LOVE Department with me; because I have warehouses FULL of LOVE for you. Would you like to something? Well here it is, My Love Boat(husband) kept his word 100%... Thank you, JESUS!!!
