Do the Following ...

Did you know that the foundation of your FAITH determines the level of success in every aspect of your life? For instance, would you like to enjoy a healthier lifestyle? Then do the following:
  1. PRAY & study the BIBLE more and attend a Church where they teach and preach the gospel of JESUS CHRIST.
  2. Cut down on the intake of sugar, salt and greasy foods.
  3. Drink close to 7 glasses of water a day.
  4. Revamp or improve your sleep habits.
  5. Take a stroll around the block at least 3 times a week.
There's a saying that goes like this ... You are what you eat, thus delight yourself in a BIG bowl of healthy living by doing this ...
