Gift giving, comes from the HEART!

The best gift we can give our fellow: man, woman, or youth is: time, communication, and respect; then GOD will take care of the rest...

When someone is celebrating their: birthday, wedding anniversary, or job promotion, a sealed envelope with a particular amount of money is usually given. Then the person goes off on their merry way thinking that what they did was something out of this world. Instead of offering that individual, whom they probably Love and respect something more: personal, from the heart, and that will produce a lasting affect. Don't misinterpret what we're saying: YES, the economy has experienced a downfall, money is tight; but society's lacking that One on One contact too... Think about it?

As a: Wife, Mother, and Pastor; my fondest memories are:

1. When My Gem(hubby) prepares my favorite dish; that's when I start to sing Oh Happy Day...
2. Our 4 Diamond(sons), when they write a: Christian rap, poem, or story; that's what I call Priceless...
3. Or if a member of the congregation calls us just to say: I Love You, don't forget that lunch is at our home, or we're PRAYING for you 2; that's the icing on the cake...

In conclusion, if someone is celebrating a special day and your pockets are empty that day; take that opportunity to: PRAY with them, spend some quality time with them, and allow the LORD to take his course... Remember this, money and other material things can come and go; but Memories are imprinted in the Heart...
